The SpringWise way to save

We believe in rewarding our best and most loyal customers, and so we've two smart ways to help you save when you buy our Pure English spring water. (These savings do not apply to our flavoured water or our dispensers.)

Bulk delivery saving

First off, you can save money by ordering more bottles per delivery. Bulk deliveries make things cheaper for us, and we want you to benefit from this saving too.

For example: Order 4 bottles 12 times a year is saves you 14p per bottle (against an order of 2 bottles). Order 6 bottles 4 times a year is saves you 62p a bottle, a total saving of £29.76 over the year.

We both win: our delivery costs are reduced and so are yours.

Loyalty rewards

Secondly, the more you buy, the more you save.

Savings start from your 3rd bottle and grow rapidly. The more bottles you order during the year (your "Bottles a Year") the less you pay per bottle.

For example: 24 bottles a year saves you 15% (9% in your first year while your loyalty builds) and 48 bottles a year saves you 20% (14% first year).

Understanding "Bottles a Year"

When you place an order for Pure Spring Water (your Current Order) the price you pay per bottle will depend on how many bottles of water you have ordered in the preceding year, your "Bottles a Year".

"Bottles a Year" are the actual number of bottles that you have purchased in the preceding 365 days (366 in a leap year) from the date of your Current Order. This includes the bottles in your current order.

For  example:

You are placing a Current Order of 8 bottles on 22/02/2010

Your previous orders are:

1 - 22/10/2008 - 8 bottles
2 - 22/01/2009 - 8 bottles
3 - 22/04/2009 - 8 bottles
4 - 22/07/2009 - 8 bottles
5 - 22/10/2009 - 8 bottles
6 - 22/01/2010 - 8 bottles

Orders 3 to 6 are within the preceding 365 days from 22/02/2010, so you current Bottles a Year including your current order is 40 (ie. 5 x 8).

NB - an order on 22/02/2009 would NOT be included in your Bottles a Year.
