The BBC reports that South East Water said its Sussex reservoirs were only one third full.

Following the dry autumn, the BBC have reported that South East Water 'might have to impose restrictions in Kent and Sussex in the spring.'

The reservoirs should have been filled by autumn rain but September and October rainfall was significantly less than usual.

South East Water are calling on customers to conserve water.
